L'artiglio

Breakfast (staying in La Falconeria) is very good. I can only assume that the evening meal maintains the same ambition and commitment to quality. Solid 2 stars on a 3 star scale, best breakfast I had in Malta by a wide margin. I should say that all staff in the hotel are fantastic and the restaurant is no different. Respectful without being obsequious, friendly without being over-familiar. Genuinely impressive people, and the element that adds a real touch of class to an environment that is already aesthetically and architecturally very pleasing.

I think one of my top 3 favorite restaurant on the whole island of malta. I went since the opening and they keep surprising me with excellent quality and excellent service. The menu changes accordingly with the seasons and the catching of the fish. The restaurant is very intimate and quiet. The chef is a master of the cuisine.

Small restaurant that is part of the boutique hotel attached offering a fantastic breakfast. My partner and I are not staying at the hotel but pass the entrance almost everyday as we head out into the city. We both ordered the Sweet French Toast, consisting of 2 slices of thinner bread that has been fried with fresh fruit on top. The French Toast is amazing.

The food was excellent: delicious soup and risotto for starters, really good vegetarian options… L’Artiglio was a pleasant surprise. Great food, very attentive staff, good wine list. The octopus was great… Excellent food cooked to perfection and great service. A hidden gem in Valletta. Highly recommended!… The starters arrived, artichoke risotto and a wonderful beef and pork pasta, all beautifully cooked and presented, and absolutely delicious… Good food, fresh products, generous servings, very nice service with a smile, value for the money. I certainly would go back !…

This restaurant is part if the hotel. Cute, small and cosy with chic vibes. They recently started new brunch/breakfast menu til noon. The food was not dissapointed! Good portion; banana french toast was good and not cringey sweet. Love the complimemtary bread abd croissants with different sauces/dippings. They have outdoor seating which can be a bit hot, the indoor seating was too dimmed for me even though it is during the day, but I can imagine it could be cosy for some others.

Brilliant restaurant! Loved that the chef personally came and spoke to you about the menu, a great touch. Also, with the menu changing everyday it was a vegetarians delight, as its so rare; and not only with one option there were a few. The chocolate orange fondant is to die for - a must try!
